Andrew Jolley

Jolley brings his considerable business skills and project management skills to the Nevada Dispensary Association as the Association's President.

David Goldwater
A native Las Vegan, David Goldwater is part-owner of Inyo Fine Cannabis Dispensary as well as a former assemblyman representing District 10.
During his tenure, David's leadership in investigating Nevada's laws and enforcement of securities sales led to the passage of new laws clearly defining responsibilities and building new protection by putting some teeth in securities fraud laws, thereby helping Nevada investors. A financial investor and lobbyist on behalf of the Nevada Dispensary Association during the 2015 legislative session, David's expertise and time have been crucial in establishing the NDA's presence. He is an active, attentive member, attending all NDA meetings, where he brings his many years of experience working with Nevada policymakers to the table as well as provides information and support to other members.

Larry Doyle
Part-owner of Las Vegas and Henderson company Euphoria™ Salon & Day Spas as well as Euphoria Wellness, Las Vegas' first medical marijuana dispensary, Larry Doyle is a respected local businessman with an interest in furthering the development of medical marijuana dispensaries in Nevada.
"We're all getting through this together and there is a learning environment for government and regulators as well business operators," Doyle told Joe Schoenmann on KNPR's State of Nevada recently. Larry is a valued member of the Nevada Dispensary Association and brings his considerable business acumen to its operation.

Riana Durrett
Executive Director
Riana Durrett joined the government affairs team of the Nevada Dispensary Association in February of 2015. As Executive Director, Durrett coordinates the NDA's legislative and policy agendas, performs community outreach, and is responsible for researching and responding to various issues that affect medical marijuana dispensaries.
She enjoys facilitating cooperative efforts among NDA members who have invested their time and resources into an industry that is new to Nevada, and who joined the organization in order to grow a professional, safe and productive industry. Durrett is an attorney licensed in Nevada and California, having earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas and her Juris Doctorate from the Boyd School of Law. She has practiced law for six years and has experience in government affairs and policy-making. Durrett served legislative internships in Washington, D.C. and the Nevada Legislature, as well as a judicial clerkship for the Honorable Judge Elissa Cadish. Riana Durrett is active in the Las Vegas community, participating in the Nevada Attorneys for Criminal Justice and Nevada Justice Association, and volunteering on pro bono legal cases with Legal Aid Center of Southern Nevada.

Ben Sillitoe

Ben Sillitoe is the co-founder and chief executive officer of both Oasis Medical marijuana dispensary and Serenity Wellness.
A University of Las Vegas Nevada alumus, Sillitoe brings his considerable years of experience in the finance field to the Nevada Dispensary Association as an active board member.

John A. Ritter
Board Member
Focus Property Group Chairman and CEO John A. Ritter has been actively involved in the real estate industry for more than 30 years, principally in Southern Nevada.
Mr. Ritter made a national name for Focus Property Group by dominating the BLM land auction process established by the Southern Nevada Public Lands Management Act, winning four straight auctions of major land parcels from 2002 to 2005. Those parcels became master planned communities in Southern Nevada including the 3,500-acre Mountain’s Edge in the southwest part of the Las Vegas valley, the 1,200-acre Providence in the northwest, and the 1,953-acre Inspirada development in Henderson. Mr. Ritter brings to all Focus ventures extensive knowledge in investment, finance, government relations, development trends, planning, zoning and development. Mr. Ritter has served on a number of local planning boards, including the Southern Nevada Water Authority Integrated Water Planning Advisory Committee and Financial Subcommittee, Southern Nevada Water Authority’s Water Conservation Coalition, Northwest General Plan Update Steering Committee, Spring Valley Land Use Guide Focus Group, Enterprise Land Use Plan Advisory Group, and the Beltway Taskforce. Mr. Ritter has also served on numerous boards and lends his time to many community, political and philanthropic causes, issues and organizations. He is currently vice chairman of the board for Council for a Better Nevada. He is the co-founder of the Ritter Charitable Trust which supports many local charitable causes primary focused on issues affecting women and children in Southern Nevada.
